Allergen Ingredient Labels

ELL disseminates mislabeling information to assist consumers in making safer purchase decisions when dealing with food allergies and other special dietary restrictions.
- Allergy Incident Report - Products with an undeclared allergen, OR products that have resulted in an allergic reaction due to suspected or confirmed cross-contamination
- Advisory Labeling Report - Information on products in which the manufacturer does not provide voluntary information on its labels regarding potential cross-contamination with the 8 major food allergens
PAC Food Allergy Safety Training

A national network of trained consultants to:
- Assist parents and school personnel in educating, training and implementing standardized food allergy policies and procedures
- Assist families in coping with the everyday challenges of food allergies
