Each online session includes a narrated training module with comprehensive information covering the following:
- A medical review of food allergies presented by Lee Sonin, M.D., Specialist in Allergy & Immunology
- Understanding food allergies, recognizing signs and symptoms, and leading hypotheses supporting the dramatic rise in childhood diagnoses
- Primary risk areas to food allergic children within the respective environment and guidelines to minimize risks of an allergic reaction at each area
- Review of optional protocols and procedures to incorporate into a food allergy safety plan
- Tools for creating a safer environment for food allergic children, including the Risk Assessment Worksheet
