Help Fund Food Allergy Trainings

Given the aggressive growth rate of life-threatening food allergies in children, the need for universally comprehensive education and training information is critical. Enormous challenges face families who struggle to protect food allergic children. Everyday environments may pose inadvertent threats to the health and safety of these kids. Therefore, it is imperative to educate the community at large on food allergies, signs and symptoms, emergency response procedures and protocols available to minimize the risk of allergic reactions among these children.

The ELL (Eating & Educating, Living Life) Foundation, a national not-for-profit organization, manages the Protect Allergic Children (PAC) Program; a series of food allergy safety training services designed to educate schools, camps, child care facilities and food allergic families on creating safer environments for food allergic kids.

There is an enormous need for funding to provide this education to families and to communities throughout the US.
