Good day,

I am replying to a labeling complaint on your website about Freed’s Bakery and the cupcakes we make for Dominick’s. Prior to February 2008, we did make Banana Nut Mini Muffins at our plant, and thus we had, as required, on all of our labels, the statement “this product is manufactured on equipment that also manufactures product containing tree nuts”.

I would like to let you and everyone know that, in February of this year, we discontinued these muffins and thus our plant and all of our products are not only 100% nut free but are now made in a nut free facility.
