ELL supports the rights of every child to eat safe foods, to learn in safe environments and to live safer with food allergies and anaphylaxis!
Protect Allergic Children
The Protect Allergic Children (PAC) Program includes two comprehensive offerings of educational and training services regarding food allergy safety:
- Educational/recreational institutions (schools, camps, daycare facilities)
- Home environments (families having a member(s) with food allergies)
Each module offers in-depth information, effective guidelines and practical application of procedures designed to best protect food allergic children.
Portions of the PAC Program content have been licensed by Safe@School Partners, Inc., the leading nationally recognized program dedicated exclusively to educating schools, camps, and daycares on food allergy safety.
The PAC Program of services is available nationwide by ELL Certified Consultants. Training recipients can select from an array of valuable services.
