The efforts of ELL are focused on better protecting children afflicted with food allergies and anaphylaxis.

Unlike many other organizations, ELL does NOT charge members for its services.

As a result, ELL relies on both corporate sponsorship as well as individual donations in order to support and to build on its primary initiatives. Help us to raise the necessary funds to accomplish our goals:

• Raise awareness of ELL and its efforts through involvement at industry events and conferences, direct marketing and press campaigns, website communications, advertising, etc.
• Create and manage the Protect Allergic Children (PAC) training program of services to better protect food allergic children executed through a nationwide network of certified consultants and Registered Dieticians.
• Collect and disseminate Labeling Reports. Work with consumers, manufacturers, lawmakers and government entities (FDA).
• Provide ongoing information to the community through monthly newsletters.
